We ship worldwide from India. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International shipping timelines vary by destination but generally take 10-15 business days. All ceramics are packed with biodegradable materials to ensure they arrive safely.
Care Instructions
All our stoneware is food safe. While our pieces are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing to prolong their life and finish. Avoid thermal shock (moving directly from freezer to hot oven).
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the fragile nature of pottery, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if an item arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will issue a replacement or refund immediately.
Do you do custom orders?
